You should ask if they have ever used a copper based product in the tank...that would decrease the value in my opinion.

I would buy it because brand new it's gonna be another 100 bucks. I have that exact same setup and personally, I think it is worth 125
The Pl*cos alone are about $25 each. I wonder what kinda filter they got there. That would probably help.
I would probally buy it, a new one around here with the stand is 175, but yours obviously holds water without leaks, and the plecs arent exactly cheap.
