how does 50 mg/l compare to ppm readings on parameter tests? My books talk about mg/l and my tests are ppm. I can't seem to find the correlation anywhere.

(1ppm = 1unit/1,000,000unit)
1g=1mL
so
(1g/1,000,000mL)(1,000mL/L)(1,000mg/g) = 1mg/L
(1ppm = 1unit/1,000,000unit)
1g=1mL
so
(1g/1,000,000mL)(1,000mL/L)(1,000mg/g) = 1mg/L
If I had bothered to check the color chart on my test strips I would have seen that they were the same - sometimes my brain slips a cog...:drool:
