Bloodfin tetras question

Tank parameters are where they need to be. But what would make a fish look like its on its last fin (leg)? It was swimming upside down, spinning, corkscrewing, etc. I didnt not euthanize it. I am glad I did not. All of a sudden it started swimming right again, and then even has been eating. This is just since yesterday. This morning it seems to be fine. I cant quite tell which one it is. Any ideas what may have been going on? The other two seemed to have no ill effects at all. Even now all three are swimming around.

Yes they have white on the tips.

Yes. There is a ton of anachris, and some type of grass.
