I'd like to know what "width" the python hose is? Basically, I want to get a Maxi-Jet and hook it up to it when I want to refill my tank.

I think I remember people saying that a Maxi-Jet 1200 would work... but I can't find that post again...

Thank you!!

After doing some searching on the web, I found this post (link purposely removed) on another forum. I was surprised that it's not clearly mentioned on the Python website.

5/8" tubing. OD
3/8" ID

that post is wrong, I talked to python directly, after measuring for myself. unless they changed the size of their tubing.

there is also another thread on AC somewhere about this too.

Yep, ID = inside diameter and OD = outside diameter.

I apologize for not knowing that link had incorrect information in it. :wall:

I went back and removed the link to prevent any future confusion.

its not your fault... the guy measuring it probably didnt know how to use a measuring tape or read pipe sizes.
.... he also probably didnt bother to call them lol .... heck it took me 30 mins on the phone and being transffered to 12 people before someone finally KNEW.

I never want to call them again.
