I looked at the website and it says they are made from the tree fern. From what I can find out on the web, the tree fern is a soft wood so it will probably break down pretty quickly in your tank.

Most reptile wood is sprayed with an anti bacterial spray. I wouldn't use it.

those will rot in a short matter of time in your tank, especially the ones with the 'soft' bark on the outside. it looks great, but it won't last long, and will foul your water quicker than you can go back to the store to buy another.

yeap, I would suggest against it too. Anything that is listed for the reptile section is there for a reason. I wouldn't put anything in the tank that wasn't specified for it at the LFS.
