2 hydor koralia 1's enough for a 40ish gallon tank?

I already have a hydor koralia1 in my nano and was thinking get one more for my 40-43gallon tank upgrade put one on each end pointing at each other. I would also have a jet going from my sump return. This will be FOWLR tank for now.. I think the Koralia 1's are 400gph, so 400x2 + 1x300gph return on my sump..

it's roughly 1 meter long..
