Plywood tanks??

Ok...now curiosity is really gettin the best of me. Just read a couple things on people building tanks from plywood. Um...is it just me or does that just not seem right? Anyone have any further detailed info on this? I'm sure it will be some good reading.

There is a nice build thread here somewhere that shows how a guy built a 180 gallon plywood tank. came out really nice.

sounds very right, Once you get into the bigger tanks (monster tanks) the plywood starts looking very attractive. Plus it can be built to the way you want it, which makes it great. Also a good alternative in the reef setups.
