I'm getting my Eheim 2217 tomorrow :drool: and I'm really so excited !
Just wanted some suggestion and advice regarding the Filter media for the filter. Actually the Filter set I'm getting is the one that come with a free set of Double Tap connectors and a set of filter media.
The Filter media consists of 6 Pads of Coarse Open foam (sponge) and 1 pad of Fine Filter sponge (white colored) and 1 pad of Carbon (Black)
Just wanted some advice if this media that comes with the filter and the order that is suggested in the catalog, good enough for every aquarium ? Will these pads make the water clear and keep it clear ? Is there something that I can do to make the filteration even better ? Like adding 2 fine white filter pads instead of the suggested one pad ? Kindly guide me friends...
