Cyanide poisoning

Cyanide has a variety of impacts on a fish--not eating is definitely one of them. Usually the fish looks very healthy, seems to have normal behavior, and often times won't eat. They can live anywhere from 2 weeks to a few months before succumbing--it depends on what level of exposure they've had and how fast their organs are deteriorating.
