ppm vs mg/l
I'm planning on doing a fishless cycle in the (hopefully) near future, but hit a roadblock: How do you know that you've got enough NH3/NH4 if your test kit measures in mg/l as opposed to ppm?
All the directions for the pure ammonia method give ammonia readings in ppm!

One milligram per Liter IS one ppm.
How many adults does it take to catch a fish?
We don't know, we had three and it wasn't enough!
