I think that my yellow banded maroon clowns are breeding because today i saw the biggest of the two use his tail to clear the coral sand with his tail.
Do you think they're going to breed or not (they just do this).

The bigger one is the female and clearing the sand is probably her making a little nest of sorts but I don't know about actual clownfish breeding, they probably just do that, doesn't mean they will actually breed.

Mine does that all the time and she's single. I think she's just trying to keep her patch clean (when she's not re-arranging the rockwork!!!)
Actually I showed your thread with your video to my clownfish expert friend and she said that your clown was making a nest, I guess it doesn't matter if they are alone in the tank they still have the motherly instinct! lol
