Clown Loach Help

I recently purchased 2 clown loaches. They are both currently in my quarantine tank. 1 of the clown loaches is rubbing on the decor in the tank. I know that clown loaches are known for getting ich, but I don't think that it is ich because there are no white spots. The clown loach looks and eats fine I was just wondering what is wrong.

It could be the onset, and the spots haven't fully developed yet.

The 55 is your QT?

No the 55g isn't my quarantine it is my 10 gallon, i haven't updated my sig, that is from 2 years ago

I don't think that it would be scared, its been in there for a week and has been acting normal until now, its not flashing a lot i saw it do it maybe 4 times this afternoon.

How long do you think it would be before the spots would appear if it was ich.
