So I was looking at my convict fry which are about an inche long now and i noticed that one of them was missing the spines of its dorsal fin, i just assumed it was a birth defect and though it was pretty cool. But now i've noticed it on a few fish and a couple of them have just a few spines missing. The wierd thing is that there arent chunks missing, it looks like someone cut them off with a razor blade :S Has anyone ever heard of that?
