Dragonfly or damselfly larva. No harm if its damselfly, take it out immediately if its a dragonfly. Just google it.

UPDATE: so, I looked it up on google... it's not a damselfly or a dragon fly... good guess tho...

Definitely not David
Damselfly is sleeker and is smaller, at about 1 inch. A dragonfly is about 3 inches and has a thick abdomen. Does it have 6 legs? I can see smaller legs around the abdomen.
