Flame angel eating ich off hippo tang!?!?

I was just looking at my aquarium and my hippo tang was in the tilted service position while my flame angel was nibbling at the tang's side the exact same way it does when it nibbles algae off of the live rock...the tang is going through some ich issues right now...so wow what do you make of that?

This is incredible...every time I go to look at it they are together and he eats it off every part of the tang...the head, the body, its so cool...so it won't affect the flame angel negatively?

This is neat! Glad you got a pic, interesting situation. I guess if they all seem to be getting along and helping each other out, all the better?

Not unheard of. You'd be surprised to see how many fish actually do that.

My flame just died over night! Out of nowhere...he seemed to be doing just fine...do you think he died because he was eating the ich? = (
