Silly question of the day: Is there such a thing as -too much- flow in a tank? Sometimes it looks as if my fish are workin REAL hard against the current...or perhaps they're just gettin' some exercise.

Anyway, without further ado, meet Dinsdale and Spiny Norman...
(Dinsdale is the Ocellaris, Norman is the shrimp)

as long as the flow is not direct flow you will be fine. i have about 2700gph in my 55 and about 2500 gph in my 45. fish adjust to the flow which in my opinion is still less flow than in the ocean.
