I have a few fish with ich. Is it alright to do hypo salinity and copper at the same time or should I just stick with one treatment?

Thanks

Copper can be dangerous for inverts and fish, better go with salt

I'm actually going to do this in the display tank. Problem is that I can't fit all the fish in a QT tank. So I'll remove all the LR and just leave the fish in there with some PVC piping for hiding spot. This is just a Fish only, not a reef.

you don't want copper in your main system, period. it still goes into your seals.
