So I brought home three Botia Angelicus (they were all we had in the store) and one more albino cory to make my cory troupe four.
The three loaches and cory all ended up in a container together on the way home. I think they took that time frame to bond, because the youngest Angie and the cory spend so much time together. The cory rarely schools with the other three. Instead, it spends its time swimming about with the youngest Angie.
All three Angies spend time together too, but the youngest also seems to be the boldest.
Recently the Garra has joined the fun. I saw the youngest and the Garra playing tag. I feel bad that I can't give the Garra the group it prefers, but at $23 a fish, I just can't. I ended up with the fish because it was tiny and thin, and wasn't going to survive. It's a sweetie now, but I think it found a friend! I'm happy for it.
