Yes, a Resun 15000A. I have it set for:

2000lph for 10 sec
8000lph for 15 sec
15000lph for 10 sec

I also have a Koralia 1 but that is just to circulate the surface water at the other end of the tank.

I do general maintenance at the start of every month which involves cleaning powerheads/spray bars/heater etc. Skimmer cup is cleaned as often as possible.

I feed the tank a variety of food:
Ocean nutrition Brine shrimp flake/spirulina/reef plus all mixed together in one tub
New era pellet
Cyclopeze
Gamma nutriplus complete feed
Frozen chopped mussel/krill/mysis/octopus/artemia
Phyto plankton

Water changes keep my params in check but if needs be I use seachem reef advantage magnesium and calcium and reef buffer to adjust.

I test the tank the day before water change, I then test the change water (i usually add mag/cal to that to keep the display tank right). I then test the display tank 24 hours after water changes. All results are recorded on a spread sheet.
