can i keep an oto with my shrimps and will it in any way affect them? i really dont want any snails in my tank

the oto should not harm the shrimp. How big is the tank? Will there be algae to support an oto? They really prefer to be in groups.

yer they will be fine , but as jinkz said there better in groups of 3-5, and need a good agae source.
