My Mogurnda mogurnda one week ago started glancing and went off his food. I immediately tested my aquarium, all stats ok, but still carried out a 40% water change. Frequent water changes have been carried out all week. Also added a small amount of aquarium salt to the tank in case of ich as I am reluctant to medicate the tank due to having other sensitive fish. This morning I noticed two small reddish/white lumps appear on the Mogurnda's left pectoral fin. I am wanting to immediately QT him but unsure of what medication or how to treat him. All other fish are perfectly healthy and have no signs of glancing or appetite problems.
