Here's the 135 new (used really) after drilling the overflows

After the closed loop holes were drilled:

The tub loaded up with the previous tenants:

The old fish room with the empty 100g. This had been up in this spot for 20 years and a reef tank for 10.

Here's the old view from the front. 12" going to be 21".

Here I am with the new bench:

This is how we moved it and you can see the larger hole in the wall:

Trimmed out and ready for plumbing:

Pic of the new fishroom with tank on the stand:

Some of the plumbing with the sump in and wet!:

Water testing and good pic of the closed loop nozzles:

Water movement with Dart on and Mag 18 on:

And this is what it cost me for help:

Next up: Starboard cutting for the bottom, Skimmer installation (plumbing done, just have to hook it up), Hook up and hang lights, fill with r/o and fill with salt 'til 1026, buy LR and cycle. Updates soon.

Tom, I can honestly say I expected you to look much older! What an awesome project. I can't wait to see how its fullfilled. What do you think the market value of that Natty Ice is? LOL You have a beautiful set-up, and from previous threads I can only anticipate what is to come! Look forward to seeing this through to fruition.

Now that's the nicest compliment I've had all day. O.k. all year, maybe longer. Thank you for the very nice words!

I'm thinking about $15.00 for a 30pack of those Nats. I wanted Beck light 'cause I'm fighting a gut, but he wanted quantity. I couldn't let him leave until the hard part was over.

Ace and Rbishop,
Thanks for the encouragement!

Niko,
Thanks for the good words and reminding me about AC. I missed it and didn't even realize. I'm going to spend some time reading posts and catching up now that my project is almost done. I need to get some more ideas for the livestock.

New Updates: Skimmer in. Starboard in. RO almost in.

Here a few pics from yesterday's work. :
For some reason my son thought this was funny. I'm too old to be in this position.

Here's the end result of the bottom cutting board material for the bare bottom

It's filling with r/o water now. At this rate it'll be done in a week.

The skimmer is skimming well already, but not sure what.

Sump is almost full of r/o.

Next up, get the salinity right, buying and adding the LR, turn on the closed loop and wait until it cycles.

Thanks for looking
