Hi everyone!

I have just received PMDD pre-mix from AF however I also ordered 1lb iron chelate separately. Lol, I don't know why I ordered iron chelate when I added items into my shopping cart.

Should I dose iron chelate in addition to PMDD? (I do not have iron test kit).

Kind help please!
