Looking to find out what are good light for my 55 gallon with live rock and fish in it...would appreciate some feedback

I dont think you will need anything special for fowlr (fish only with live rock), but if you think that sometime in the near future u would want to go reef you might be better off considering something that would be good for anything you would want to keep then.
