i would like to know how to sex them and how do i know what type my bumblebee goby is. right know the 1 bumblebee goby is in my cichlid tank with hard water how do i do it

well there are several types of gobies referred to as bumblebee, most of them brackish. get a pic of your goby and post it here
Given good conditions and some small caves to spawn in, they should pretty much breed on their own.
Don't worry about sexing them, just get a half-dozen in a proper setup (relatively large, well-established species tank) and feed them live food. Raising the fry will be another matter though, you can expect them to be tiny and difficult to manage.
