I am going to be upgrading my skip tank to a much larger one (110g). Does anyone know how to make a more mud-like substrate? I have a bunch of sand, but want to be able to pile it up so they can actually burrow into it without it falling in.

My kids are really happy with their size 0 grain pink fiji sand. With such a fine grain sand you get an almost muddy texture. But yeah, other than that, there's that mineral mud stuff.
