Pros
Large filter that can be filled with 18 liters of whatever media you want to use. Very sturdy and well built. Pump mounted on top of canister that can be rotated to allow pressure outlet on left, top or right discharge orientation. Easy to prime. Extremely quiet. Low energy consumption @65 Watts.

Cons
Initial cost of filter and the need to purchase media as it is not included. This is a large filter - 22 1/2" H x 14" Diam. Need to purchase Quick Disconnects separately. Owners manual can be difficult to understand for 1st time user.

Excellent build quality and worth the initial expense.

I am very pleased with this filter so far. The filter is easy to do maintenance on, although very heavy to move when full of water. Pump output is 634 GPH (with no media). For up to 396 Gallon aquarium. 25mm (1")Intake hose and 16mm (5/8") Output hose.
