I'm new to resin aquarium ornaments but I love the detail. I bought a couple made by Blue Ribbon and now I am hesitant to use them. If they are soaked in lukewarm water for a few minutes, the "aquarium safe" ornaments AND the water they are in, both reek of plastic. Does anyone know if this truly safe for fish and other live critters in the aquarium?
