I have two portions of Amazon Frogbit and Salvinia minima available free plus the cost of USPS Priority Mail shipping, $5.50, to be paid via Paypal, credit cards are accepted happily. I have only lurked here, but I do have plenty of positive feedback on TPT. The plants are separated, so you can get either or both, keep in mind there might be salvinia minima in the frogbit.
