So I noticed this morning while looking at my fish tank that they are something moving along under the gravel. So I looked closer and it looks like a little worm or something, and there is more then one. Then I can kinda see what I think is a sucker or a mouth on the wider end of it. Now I'm completely confused, I don't have a algae eater in my tank, but I did just get rid of a really bad case of brown/red algae. This things are maybe a centimeter long and super thin, any ideas?

Yep. It must have been because of the overfeeding incident, Leigh. Vacuuming them thoroughly and then cutting back on food for a moment should help though.
