4300 Gallon Plywood Build (3600+ Take 2)
As many of you who have followed my other tank build thread know, this project has met with many roadblocks along the way. The most recent was the discovery that the entire front frame of the tank needs to be rebuilt. The other was that the 2" acrylic that was ordered 48"x96" arrived 50"x99-1/8" instead.
It was an oversight of the company as they assumed the two pieces in the warehouse were 48"x96" and shipped without measuring. The pieces were evidently from a canceled order and had been sitting there due to the non-standard size.
If you choose to see the evolution of this project, see the original thread.

Yeah, I really want to see you with SCUBA gear and an algae scraper.
How many adults does it take to catch a fish?
We don't know, we had three and it wasn't enough!

Here's where it is now. I'm most likely tearing out the rest of the work I had done on the front to revise it. I'm not happy with the way it is now and would rather do it over clean than to continue trying to retrofit.

Tore out the 2x10 header and the 2x6 upright on the left. Have to remove the top 2x6 plate then cut the broken 2x4 on the left then I can start putting humpty dumpty back together.
