possible to keep mbunas in a 29g? i am realyl interested. i have seen alot of people keeping them in this size tank so i am just wondering! thanks!

I believe you could but you must always be on the watch for aggression and steer clear of species with more aggressive tendencies.

lol. So am i ;) . Anyway, I think Tanganyika would work better for your tank. Maybe some shell dwellers or something. Peacocks might work as stated above.

Im just saying lol. even my private breeder i get ALL my fish from breeds mbunas in smaller then 36''. he has a small colony of trewavasae in a 20H
