My percula clownfish has a small line of tiny, white dots along its left side right by its lateral line. Sorry no picture, but my camera won't take a clear close-up shot. Could this be Marine Ich or some other fungus? I am going to quarantine him in my 5 1/2 gallon for the time being to keep my Bicolor Angel from catching it too. What could this possibly be? Thanks in advance for help.

Sounds like Cryptocaryon, or marine ich. If the clown has it, it's likely that the parasites have already spread to the angel. If you don't have inverts, hyposalinity and copper usually work.

Advanced Aquarist has a series of articles about it here.
