Hello.
Is it normal to have green brownish Congestion /clogging/ on my canister output side tubbing?
How to clean it?

If you mean tubing, the answer is yes. However it would indicate that there is still a high amount of waste in the water. Some is normal but it should be very little. If it occurs on the intake tubing, that is very normal as the water has not been filtered.
