I see you can run up to 4 lamps on the 660, can these be powered on and off separately? I'm guessing no....

and if no, i thought about cutting into the lamp leads with relays so you could switch them independently but figure this wouldn't work if the setup needs a continuous electrical loop from lamp to lamp.

On an IC 660, the bulbs will all be on or all be off. There's no independent switching.

It is my understanding that the ballast only works if the circuit is complete, although I do not fully understand how it exacly knows there's a certain number of bulbs it should be trying to light, as any unused leads on the wire harness are just taped off individually (ie. not paired up).
