Found some of these little gems as my favorite LFS for $5.99 a piece, so I bought two pairs. Almost bought the extra male they had, but he was pretty beat up.

I've always loved Ctenopoma and didn't even know Microctenopoma existed.

Anyone know anything about these?

I know they are Anabantoids like Ctenopoma, but that's about it.

I might go back Monday and get the other male. I've never seen them offered before. The also had the Orange ones. I think only one though.

It was really tiny, about an inch tops, but the body shape was like that.
