Today I went to one of my LFS and found this beautiful piece of twisted rooty looking driftwood. I got it for four dollars and the owner of the store said that he found it in the Lawrence river a while ago and was going to mount it to a rock this week. I took it today and said that I would (since I didn't know for sure when I was going back next).
Anyways he suggested bleaching this for 12 hours, then rinsing really well and adding a lot of dechlorinator to it. I wouldn't think that all this would be the best way, what is the safest way to make the driftwood aquarium safe?
