Hello all you fishy people - I am new to the hobby and found this forum looking for answers online about my new tank, etc.
I was given a tank and fish by my sister-in-law who inherited the tank and fish from her ex. Bought me a nice stand, and huge coral-like display from petsmart with a bubble maker, etc.
My tank is 55g and came preinstalled with a regular convict, a pink convict, and two plecos (shortened so I don't butcher the name) which are 8 and 10 inches (give or take).
I was fortunate enough to find a local fish guru who has helped me considerably with my questions and whom I see me buying a lot of my stuff for.
I will be maxing out this aquarium soon and placing some tiger barbs and other fish (good tank mate for convicts are appreciated if you know of a few - especially fish with color, I like color).
I am considering buying a 210g aquarium and doing a large cichlid setup but my ultimate goal, once I get some knowledge under my belt is to do a large reef tank with a bunch of little Nemo's (clown fish, not Captain)
