Even though I am a diehard Boston RedSox fan, I have to pay my respects to a man who spent a lifetime building a **** good baseball team.

Agreed JRR. As much as I despise the Yankees he did a lot to make baseball what it is today.

In a weird way, I've always like how good a "villain" he has created for baseball. Really an awful span of days for the Yankees.
