I looked through, and read some, on the site at the top.
From the sounds of it, she shouldn't be the "ONLY" fish in the tank w/abd., drop., more of my Rosy Barbs, should have to, but they are all fine and normal.
If I would have inquired about it sooner, this would, or could have been cured, or reversible.
Poor baby. She looks like, a bass lure, or like she is about 15-20 month pregnant.
I don't know, of anything that I can do for her.
