Frank is awesome.
But admittedly, part of that awesomeness is because I pick up purchases from him locally.

I have purchased fish and shrimp from Frank on 3 different occasions, and would not hesitate to do so again. He knows his stuff and is very easy to deal with. Good luck.
Frank's the man! I too enjoy picking up from him, especially cuz it plays like shady backdoor dealings in the aquarium parking lot. Someday I hope to be accosted by the police after scoring from him, so they can be shocked when the "contraband" ends up being a cooler full of tropical fish.
