Hydor Theo heater broke, 2 in under 4 days....

So the first, a 200watt just stopped working. Won't turn on or anything.

The other is a 300watt, it heats 90g to 85F and never seems to turn off. How ever I mess with the dial, nothing, ie, push it in or pull on it. It will turn off when I go all the way to the lowest setting, turns on as soon as it goes up slightly.

Any way to fix them??

I need a real heater...I hate all of these stupid heaters....
My hob heaters work better...ugh.

Both under a year, bought new. I mess with the dial with them in the water, then tried out of the water, nothing. No leaks, cracks, it isn't crazy hot to the touch either.

They are great heaters until they stop working...lol
