It's belly got big and I thought it was pregnant, but today it looks like it has a hole or in it's side and I can't tell if that stuff trailing out is poop or from the wound.

Oh NO! That looks like Camallanus parasite! A very deadly and contagious parasite! The second pic clearly shows the "Red" thread like worm hanging out the back end! There is really no hope for her at this stage! Even at the "Worm out of the bum area" stage this is really hard to treat! A few de-wormers that may work are Levimasole(spelling),mebendazole, and febendazol!
