72 Gal Community with Plants Update (pix heavy)

So, here are pix (such as they are) of my 72 Gall community tank that so many of you have helped get through the Green Water wars of 2010. Thanks so much.
Can anybody tell me what kind of swords I have? I think one is "oriental", the other two (on the right seem to have thinner leaves). Any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, can anybody tell me how to keep a banana plant planted? Right now it is a floating banana plant.

Thanks yall!!! I should point out that the sword on the left and the Lace were recently trimmed by about half.

the plant in the background is Rotala (I think indica) it grows VERY fast. Someone more knowledeable on plants can confirm that ID.
