Plantsicles?

In a few weeks it will be time to plant my 35-gallon.

I'm aiming for a south american biotope, but have noticed that the fish stores around town don't have the greatest selection.

So I've been looking on the internet -- but have two questions.

Is it worth the price of shipping?

And is this a great time of year to be shipping plants in Canada? (It's -25C outside).

Does anyone have experience with ordering through an LFS?

if your getting the plants from canada, id say go ahead but you might want to use express shipping of some sort. If yout getting it from the united states, i would especially because of the weather.

it will really depend on the suppliers the lfs uses. i 100% agree with canuck about the local club.
