ok, just a quick question. will 5 stems of mayaca and about 6 crypts be able to live in the long term in my 5g betta tank?

ok. common mayaca? and the crypts are small with smooth green leaves. the lfs only had those names. the light is just a desk lamp, so i have no idea what the details are with the bulb. it is fairly bright though.
Not sure how the mayaca will handle it, BRIGHT isn't a good enough answer. 60w 75w 100w bulb? How high is the light from the water surface? With the mayaca you are going to need to use root tabs because they like a RICH substrate and BRIGHT lights.
As far as the crypt goes....crypts range from low light to high light, AGAIN there are HUNDREDS of different types of crypts.
