Standard,
I have 2 questions for you in regards to to CO-2 regulators and indicators.
For many years I have been using a Dupla regulator on the one planted tank that I supplied with CO-2...no problem with the works, disconnecting or hooking up.
I just dug around in my aquarium equipment and unearthed a regulator from the "Aquarium Landscapes" Company in Ohio. While still living in MN I bought this regulator at one of our MAS auctions for $80, but so far never used it. It is #RMR Co-2 Regulator 320.
Do you know anything about that company and its products?
Do I need to know anything in addition to the Dupla experience for connecting this regulator to my 5 Lb. tank. (I noticed this unit on sale for $44). Wonder why it so cheap (Price new = $122).
The CO-2 drop counter I read about here very often is the same thing as my Dupla visiual indicator. I need to add a certain amount of tank water and then 2 drops of Dupla indicator fluid. Click the gadget together + back into the tank it goes.
What kind of indicator fluid is used in the American drop counter?
Please visit my Personal Gallery - CO-2 picture pages about my set up are there.
Thanks in advance for your help.
ta, ta.
