last week, one of my male angels bred with a female gold veil angel. Today, the same male bred with a solid black female, that actually I had thought was a male, till I saw her laying eggs. How unusual is this? There are several angels in the tank, so all the eggs of both spawns were eaten, but I had thought angelfish were true to their mates? Any ideas why this happened?
