Is this too much light for my 10 gallon planted tank?

I wanted a couple of opinions on the lighting on my 10 gallon. I am currently running two 23 watt CFLs. I am also running diy co2, and EI ferts. I just recently upgraded my lighting from a single 15 watt fluorescent strip, and I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to fry anything. Forgot to add I am currently running my lights 12 hours a day. My plants include:

Lilaeopsis Mauritiana
Ludwigia Repens
Rotala Rotundifolia
Moneywort
Water Wisteria
Anacharis

Thanks for any help.

Not at all. I'm running a 36W pc bulb on my 10g.
