NEED HELP LOCATING LINKS TO SPECIFIC DISCUS FORUM WEBSITES !

Recently an AC member posted 3 links to websites for specific discus-related forums, and they were not either simplydiscus nor BIDKA. Can't recall what thread it might have been on, or even if it was in this particular sub-section (i.e.Cichlids - Angels & Discus). I've gone blue in the face trying to find the reference to these links, but to no avail. I had written the links down, but mistakenly threw that piece of paper away - and would you believe the garbage was picked up the next day ! That's just my luck, but it saved me going through the garbage bags - LOL
Can anyone help me with this ?
